What Training would I receive ?

New York State sponsored training course to learn the skills needed
Ongoing local training in new techniques and procedures
On-the-job training by our Training Officer and experienced fellow members during a probationary period

What kind of time commitment would be required ?

24 hours of on site duty a month that would fit into your schedule

What do I do when I’m on duty between calls ?

Relax and enjoy the company of your crew, or
Watch TV…we’ve got cable, or
Go online…we have 3 computers available for members’ use
